Diandra Douglas Won't Make Her Money On Wall Street

I actually appeared before Judge Cooper on a custody case not too long ago. He is a very sensible and thoughtful judge.

I am not surprised that Diandra Douglas was prevented from getting "another bite of the apple" from her divorce with Michael Douglas over 20 years ago. If the Wall Street spinoff was not contemplated at the time of the divorce, and not specifically addressed in the divorce agreement, then it is likely was not covered as part of future earnings. Clearly, Judge Cooper determined that her claim to the Wall Street earnings was not a strong one.
